A Floral Exhibition.... Fleurs De Villes Edinburgh Royal Botanic Gardens

Fleurs de Villes is an amazing floral exhibition... a global journey told in flowers!  We were delighted to be asked to be involved and to be allocated Canada.

It was a daunting but very exciting task as we hadn't created anything like it before, but as a team we rose to the challenge and we were delighted to create our Canadian mountie, who we nicknamed Mountie Mic, and made him completely of flowers to be displayed at the exhibition for 10 days.

We used dried pampas for his hair, created a beaver and all floral base including Echinacea's which are a native wildflower in Canada and a Canadian flag.  Every detail of him we made completely with florals, his belt, his trousers, boots, jacket, hat, the buttons...

It was such a honour to be a part of such a prestigious event in Scotland's beautiful Royal Botanical gardens and to see the other amazing creations by local Scottish florists. It was amazing to be involved in an event that celebrates everything floral and we CAN'T WAIT for the next one!

Proud of our team, always going above and beyond.
